How to create your own Affirmations?

Start your Affirmations with “I” and “My” because you are going to use them for yourself such as “I am healthy, happy, and prosperous”.

Be specific, clear, and realistic. If achieving financial abundance is your goal; be realistic saying “money is flowing to me”, and I am getting rich rather than I am getting millions of dollars in a month which is unrealistic.

Write Affirmations in the present tense and do not use “I want” or “I shall”. There is a difference between saying “I am a healthy person” and “I want to be healthy,” when you say I am a healthy person it means you have started living in the moment and your mind has started working on it. Your mind will be confused in filtering the information if you’ll say “I want to be healthy” because there is no time frame.

Repeat Affirmations - there is no hard and fast rule about how many times Affirmations should be spoken. Some people believe in saying their Affirmations three times a day for 21 days, while others follow the 30 or 60 days rule twice a day. It is completely up to the person. The only thing is Affirmations should be spoken with emotions and feelings. If you do it right, once is enough.
