Charge Your Affirmations!

Charge your Affirmations - Charging means transferring energy from one thing to another. If you’re a Reiki Healer/Energy Healer or Holistic Healer you can charge Affirmations with Reiki symbols or any other symbols that are used in healings, crystals, and candles can also be used to charge your Affirmations. But don’t worry if you’re not a healer or do not have any knowledge about healing symbols, there is another method to charge your Affirmations which works very well in all cases that is, “your own Energy”. We all have healing powers within. When you put your own energy into anything it enhances its effectiveness.

Method - “Take your written Affirmations in your left hand and cover it with your right hand, close your eyes; inhale and exhale deeply for five minutes then chant “OM”  for another five minutes. Now your Affirmations are ready to use”.
